"I always call and ask for Yvette. I think she works remotely now but I met her when she worked in Saratoga Springs, NY. She is knowledgeable about all of my insurance needs. If there is an inquiry I have that she needs to look into Yvette is quick to respond. Highly recommended!"

"Been with them for almost nine years . Never had a problem till the last 3 years. No tickets or accidents on my record but my insurance is almost 200 a month now. Switching insurance because they are doing nothing for me but charging more and more. They claim I have a 20 % discount for being a good driver but that's false, if it's not is hate to see what they are charging other people have have made claims or have tickets or points. Would not recommend!"

Unfortunately, rampant fraud in NY, increasing claim frequency and the skyrocketing cost of repairs (think of all the tech they're adding in safety sensors to your windshield, bumpers and side view mirrors) make the cost of insurance increase for everyone. I know you recently spoke with the office and we were able to find you some cost savings so you could remain with us- we appreciate your continued business! Please note that your one-star review of my office hurts me as a local small business owner, not State Farm corporate who sets the rates. We hope we can continue to deliver on the 5- star local, personalized service you've received the last 9 years and well into the future!"
